MARSHALL, NY — A 33-year-old man was arrested following a domestic incident March 22, 2026, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Road Patrol Deputies assigned to the Waterville Field Office were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Marshall for a domestic incident.
Upon completion of the investigation, deputies arrested Daniel W. Eisenhut of Marshall.
Eisenhut was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.
He was turned over to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
