HARRISBURG, PA — A 41-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
William Witherspoon, of Harrisburg, faces one felony count of endangering the welfare of children.
The charges stem from an investigation into Witherspoon and his girlfriend, Maria Roche, according to police.
Children in their home were allegedly beaten with a belt, police said.
Firearms in the house were also used to threaten and strike the children, according to authorities.
