OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Police Department charged a juvenile male with terroristic threats and harassment following a March disturbance.
Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Risinghurst Lane at 3:37 p.m. on March 7 for a report of a juvenile disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with three juvenile males who had arrived at a residence to confront another juvenile male.
After further investigation and multiple interviews, officers on July 3 charged the 16-year-old male who resided at the residence with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary offense.
On March 6, 2026, in juvenile court, there was a finding of fact on the terroristic threats charge and a guilty plea on the harassment charge.
