ANNVILLE, PA — A 26-year-old man faces driving under the influence charges after allegedly striking a parked vehicle in February.
The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department was dispatched to the area of the first block of East Main Street at approximately 4:33 a.m. on Feb. 14, 2026, for a report of a van that had struck a parked vehicle.
Officers arrived and located the driver of the van, identified as Connor Groves-Smith.
During the investigation, police determined that Groves-Smith was under the influence of alcohol and arrested him on suspicion of DUI.
On March 5, 2026, charges were filed against Groves-Smith through Magisterial District Judge Ditzler’s office.
The charges include DUI-highest rate of alcohol, DUI-general impairment and careless driving.
