YORK, PA — A 55-year-old Pennsylvania woman was arrested on a warrant stemming from a December incident at a Walmart store.
Kimberly Lynne Preis, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody Tuesday on charges including fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and retail theft, both felonies.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred Dec. 18 at the Walmart located at 1000 Town Center Drive.
Preis also faces four traffic violations in connection with the incident.
She was arrested on the warrant Feb. 4.
