YORK, PA — Police are seeking to identify a suspect in connection with a theft from a vehicle and access device fraud.
The incidents occurred at Rocky Ridge Park and Walmart on East Market Street, according to the Springettsbury Township Police Department.
Officer Cameron Flinn is investigating the case.
