SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a Hartford man on a motor vehicle theft charge Thursday.

Jensen Rodriguez, 23, of Hartford, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. Thursday on an active arrest warrant.

Rodriguez’s charge stems from an investigation in August into a recovered stolen motor vehicle in which Rodriguez was linked to the vehicle through DNA evidence.

The vehicle was taken from Enfield.

Rodriguez was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court Thursday, as he was already in state custody from charges in other jurisdictions.

In a separate incident, police arrested Adam F. Miller, 33, of Rockville, at 10:29 a.m. Thursday on an active arrest warrant.

Miller’s charge of larceny in the sixth degree stems from a theft in December of $144.16 worth of merchandise from Target at 125 Buckland Hills Drive.

Miller was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court Thursday, as he was already in state custody from charges in other jurisdictions.
