JAMESTOWN, NY — Seven people were arrested after authorities executed a search warrant at an apartment following a narcotics investigation.
Members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department executed the warrant at 28 Euclid Ave. Apt. 203 on the afternoon of March 17.
The Jamestown Police Department SWAT team made entry into the apartment.
Present in the residence were Jaqwan L. Martin, Russell H. Rae, Anthony J. Wallace Jr., William R. Gardner, Tiffany Mahoney, Alicia M. Alexander and Vanessa L. Figueredo.
Narcotics investigators seized 32.5 grams of fentanyl, 11.3 grams of crack cocaine, 28 dosage units of suboxone, scales and packaging material for the distribution and sales of narcotics, and $3,373.
All seven were charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia second degree.
Wallace, Rae and Figueredo also had arrest warrants out of Jamestown City Court.
All suspects will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
