CORTLAND, NY — The City of Cortland Police Department is investigating a larceny and seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect.
Police released a photo of an individual they are attempting to identify in connection with the case.
Anyone with information that could help identify the individual is asked to email [email protected] or message the department.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
