CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police responded to a welfare check in the 1000 block of Harrisburg Pike on March 10, 2026.
A passerby requested the welfare check for a female slumped over the steering wheel of her vehicle.
Police arrived on scene and found Amanda Woolfenden, 43, of Pennsylvania, to be under the influence of suspected fentanyl.
Woolfenden was treated by EMS.
She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
