Woman arrested on assault charge in Lower Swatara Township

LOWER SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a woman accused of striking someone with a baseball bat during a domestic violence incident.

Lower Swatara Township Police were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of Jefferson Drive at approximately 5:55 p.m. March 15, 2026 for a reported domestic violence assault.

Officers responded and investigated the incident.

Police allege Alaysha Unique Wells, 26, of Middletown, assaulted the victim by striking them with a baseball bat, causing injury.

Wells was arrested on a charge of simple assault and transported to the Dauphin County Central Booking Center to be processed and arraigned.
