PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are seeking the public’s help in locating Brandon Menno, a missing juvenile from the city’s 24th District.
Brandon, 13, was last seen Monday at 4 p.m. on the 4200 block of Lawndale Street.
Police said he is known to frequent Tustin Playground at 5901 W. Columbia Ave.
Brandon is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 110 pounds.
He was last seen wearing dark gray pants.
