NEW CASTLE, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who dumped dirt and debris at city hall last week.
The New Castle Police Department said the incident occurred March 12, 2026.
Anyone with information about the man’s identity can submit a tip through the department’s website or call the non-emergency number at 724-656-9300.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
