RED LION, PA — A 45-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested early Sunday morning on a simple assault charge.
Dennis S. Heffner Jr. of Pennsylvania was taken into custody at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Crest Hill Lane.
He was charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department arrested Heffner and transported him to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Judge Fishel’s office.
