MIDDLEFIELD, NY — A man was arrested Monday following an investigation into a threatening phone call made to the Otsego County Department of Social Services.
Rex E. Jordan, 38, of Oneonta, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Jordan was located by New York State Parole and turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.
He was processed on the harassment charge and held at the Otsego County Jail on a New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision warrant.
Jordan is scheduled to appear in Town of Middlefield Court.
