UTICA, NY — A man was arrested Sunday after stealing an e-bike that was left unattended outside the Oneida County Office Building, according to Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Eric L. Chrysler, 39, of Utica, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
The Utica Police Department assisted in quickly locating the suspect.
Chrysler was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Utica City Court at a later date.
