LAWRENCE, MA — Two people were arrested Friday on outstanding narcotics warrants after police executed a search warrant in the Melrose Street area.
The Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit, working with the Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit, conducted the search on March 13, 2026.
Officers arrested one man and one woman on a total of five outstanding narcotics-related warrants.
During the search, police recovered a loaded Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver, 6 grams of fentanyl and 56 grams of cocaine.
Both individuals were transported to the Lawrence Police Department and booked without incident.
