PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person.
Rhuel A. Johnston, 67, of Philadelphia, was last seen at his residence on the 11XX block of 69th Avenue on Friday, March 6, at approximately 6 p.m.
Johnston stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, and has a thin build, brown eyes, and salt-and-pepper hair.
