CORINTH, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call Sunday at 3:02 a.m. at a residence on Antone Mountain Road.
Dillan J. Madison, 31, of Corinth, was arrested and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, assault in the third degree and two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, both class A misdemeanors.
Madison is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
He is also charged with intentionally causing physical injury to the victim by repeatedly striking them in the face and to their head.
Madison is accused of intentionally breaking a television by punching it and preventing the victim from calling 911 by taking their phone.
Madison was arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Woodcock in the Corinth Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
