WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman was arraigned on assault charges following an incident on S Emigs Mill Road.
Kristen Ashley Granger, 39, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned March 4, 2026, on one count of simple assault and one count of harassment.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred March 4, 2026, on S Emigs Mill Road in West Manchester Township.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
