ALBURG, VT — A man was cited for disorderly conduct following an altercation on Main Street.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the incident at 11 p.m. March 13, 2026.
An investigation revealed that Jayvon Brace, 28, of Alburg, displayed threatening behavior during an altercation involving Philip Quandt, 58, of Rouses Point, New York.
Brace was issued a criminal citation to appear in Grand Isle County court.
