MILFORD, NY — A 35-year-old man was arrested Thursday following an investigation into sexual online communications with someone he believed to be a juvenile.
Warren A. McKee, of Milford, was charged with attempted dissemination of indecent material to minors in the first degree.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office said an investigation revealed McKee used text messaging and messaging from a social media platform to solicit sex from the juvenile.
McKee was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident.
He was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Milford Court at a later date.
