ANNVILLE, PA — A 45-year-old Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop in November.
On Nov. 13 at 4:55 p.m., West Lebanon County Regional Police Department officers were dispatched to a complaint of an erratic driver on Route 934 in Annville.
Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of South White Oak Street for traffic violations.
The driver was identified as Martin W. Conroy II of Pennsylvania.
Conroy was determined to be under the influence of controlled substances and was arrested for DUI.
He was also found to be in possession of controlled substances.
Laboratory results later confirmed the substances to be heroin, fentanyl and xylazine.
Conroy’s vehicle also displayed counterfeit inspection stickers and expired registration.
On Feb. 18, charges of DUI Schedule II/III Controlled Substance, DUI Drug Impaired Ability, Possession of Controlled Substance, and two summary traffic violations were filed against Conroy.
