WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man in connection with an incident at Kohl’s on March 11, 2026.
The incident occurred at the store located at 200 Town Center Drive.
West Manchester Township Police released photos of the man they are seeking to identify.
