INDIANA, PA — Police arrested a man early Tuesday after he allegedly punched a business owner and fought with officers.
Police were dispatched to Bob’s Games along E. Market Street at approximately 1:30 a.m. for a report of a trespasser.
Upon arrival, officers found Thomas Mock, 66, of Blairsville, at the scene.
The owner told police that when he attempted to remove Mock from the premises, Mock punched him in the face.
Mock began to fight with police when officers attempted to place him into custody.
Mock was lodged in the Indiana County Jail and charged with criminal trespass, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned before District Judge Robert S. Bell and remains in the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.
