MAYS LANDING, NJ — Two women were arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a massage business in the Festival Mall on March 11, 2026.
The Township of Hamilton Police Department executed the warrant at Waterfall Therapy at approximately 10 a.m.
The warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation into allegations of prostitution occurring at the establishment.
Cuie Chen, 50, and Wen-Juin Zhou, 60, were taken into custody.
They were each charged with third degree prostitution and third degree conspiracy to commit prostitution.
Both were released on summonses.
The Township of Hamilton Police Department was assisted by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey State Police throughout the investigation.
The investigation remains ongoing.
