JAMESTOWN, NY — A narcotics investigation led to the execution of a search warrant on March 11 at a residence on Lincoln Street.
Narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Jamestown Police Department executed the warrant at 300 Lincoln St., searching both the upper and lower apartments.
The residence is occupied by Andrew Santiago.
Investigators seized 29.4 grams of crack cocaine, 39.6 grams of fentanyl, 4.5 grams of methamphetamine, scales and packaging used for the sale and distribution of narcotics, a high-capacity magazine, a .32 caliber revolver and $80 in U.S. currency.
Santiago was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
Santiago will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Authorities are asking community members to report suspicious or narcotics-related activity in their neighborhoods.
