Woman wanted on stalking charges in Hershey

HERSHEY, PA — Police are seeking a Lancaster woman wanted on charges including stalking and making terroristic threats.

Nicole Lynn Swigart, 41, is wanted by the Derry Township Police Department on an active arrest warrant issued Feb. 4.

Swigart faces charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, stalking by repeatedly communicating to cause fear, and harassment by communicating lewd, threatening or obscene language.

Police said Swigart was last known to reside in Lancaster.

The warrant was issued under docket number MJ-12304-CR-0000043-2026.

Swigart is described as a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with red hair and hazel eyes.
