FAIR HAVEN, VT — A Castleton man was arrested following a reported assault on Main Street.
Stephen R. Burke, 43, was taken into custody March 7 after police responded to a call at 5 p.m.
Police said Burke allegedly got into a physical altercation with another person, resulting in injury.
Burke was charged with simple assault and released on a citation to appear in Rutland District Court at a future date.
