CLIFTON PARK, NY — A Ballston Lake woman was arrested Sunday night following a domestic incident.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call at 9:02 p.m. on Ashdown Road.
Elisabeth P. Ackerman, 34, of Ballston Lake, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Ackerman is accused of violating an order of protection by threatening to kill the protected person.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Robert A. Rybak in Clifton Park Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
