CARLISLE, PA — A 67-year-old Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself to police and a passing motorist Saturday.
Donald Ray Thomas was arrested on South Middlesex Road after Middlesex Township Police responded to check on a disabled motorist.
Police say Thomas pulled down his pants and boxers, exposing his buttocks and genitals in public.
A motorist passing by with a child witnessed the incident and was alarmed, according to authorities.
Thomas, of Pennsylvania, was transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.
He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
