DICKSON CITY, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in a retail theft at Ulta Beauty.
The incident occurred at the Viewmont Mall location on March 5, 2026, around 6 p.m.
The Dickson City Police Department released information about the investigation and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
