WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 45-year-old Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following a traffic incident on Carlisle Road.
Keith Sean Lewis was arraigned Feb. 15 on six counts of DUI, one count of obstructing administration of law, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of disorderly conduct.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred Feb. 14.
Lewis refused a blood draw and is classified as a Target 25 Offender due to a prior DUI conviction.
