WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania woman was arraigned on theft charges following an incident at a department store.
Andrea Marie Rau, 40, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned on Feb. 19, 2026, on one count of retail theft and one count of theft by deception.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred on Jan. 4, 2026, at Kohl’s located at 200 Town Center Drive in West Manchester Township.
