LYNDON, VT — A 53-year-old man was arrested on a domestic assault charge following a citizen dispute late Tuesday night.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report of a citizen dispute near the area of Back Center Road at approximately 11:37 p.m. on March 3.
Investigation revealed that Tyrone English, 53, of Lyndon, committed the offense of domestic assault by assaulting a household member.
English was placed under arrest and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, English was released with court ordered conditions and issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court at a later date.
