LINCOLN, RI — A North Providence man was arrested on drug charges March 3, 2026.
John Roccabello, 52, of North Providence, was arrested by members of the HIDTA Task Force on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, MDMA and crack cocaine, all Schedule II controlled substances.
Roccabello was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and to the ACI pending his arraignment in Third District Court.
On March 4, 2026, members of the Intelligence Unit and HIDTA Task Force arrested Brian Miranda, 27, of Woonsocket, on multiple charges.
Miranda was charged with carrying a pistol or revolver without a license or permit, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence, alteration of marks of identification on firearms, and large-capacity feeding devices.
He was also arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Woonsocket Police Department for domestic breaking and entering and domestic simple assault.
Miranda was taken into custody and later arraigned in Sixth District Court.
Also on March 4, 2026, members of the Intelligence Unit and HIDTA Task Force arrested Ryan Tetreault, 29, of Woonsocket, for possession with intent to deliver marijuana, second offense.
Tetreault was taken into custody and later arraigned in Sixth District Court.
On March 4, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Grahm Sisson, 42, of Cranston, on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Middletown Police Department for larceny from a building.
Sisson was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Middletown Police Department on scene.
Also on March 4, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Benjamin Webster, 40, of Coventry, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for escape from a correctional institution.
Webster was taken into custody, transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and arraigned in Third District Court.
