COVENTRY, RI — Police have identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred March 3, 2026.
Derek Decosta, 50, of Pawtucket, was the operator who died in the crash, according to the Coventry Police Department.
The collision occurred at approximately 10:47 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation by the Coventry Police Department, Rhode Island State Police and the Office of Attorney General.
