SHIRLEY, MA — Police are investigating a suspicious object in the water near the Maritime Veterans Memorial Bridge on Shaker Road.
Officers and emergency personnel are on scene conducting an investigation, according to Chief Sam Santiago.
The area may be subject to temporary traffic or access restrictions out of an abundance of caution.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
