CARLISLE, PA — Police arrested a West Virginia man wanted in connection with a child abduction case at a truck stop on March 3.
Middlesex Township Police were dispatched at about 11:55 a.m. to assist in locating a child who had been abducted earlier in the day from Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Police located the child and an adult male suspect at Loves Truck Stop at 1165 Harrisburg Pike.
Police safely recovered the child and arrested Jacob Evilsizor of Martinsburg, West Virginia.
During a subsequent investigation into the incident, Middlesex police encountered Charles Delossantos, 47, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who was wanted for charges in Martinsburg, West Virginia relating to the incident.
Delossantos was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice and transported to Cumberland County Prison for arraignment.
