RIVERTON, NJ — Police have identified the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash over the weekend.
Riverton Police responded to the 600 block of Cedar Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash involving a parked vehicle.
Officers collected pieces of the suspect vehicle at the scene and reviewed Ring camera and CCTV footage from the area.
The investigation determined the vehicle that crashed and left the scene was a black Chevrolet Silverado from model years 2017 to 2021.
Officers located the vehicle with damage consistent with the crash, including a missing fender that was left at the scene.
The driver will be issued several traffic summonses including leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
