EXETER, RI — Three people were arrested on drug and warrant charges following a warrant check at a residence on Mockingbird Drive.
Troopers arrested Todd A. Byers, 53, of Exeter, at 12:43 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of firearms by certain persons prohibited, manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver scheduled I/II controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl), possession of a schedule I to V controlled substance (crack cocaine) and obstructing an officer in execution of duty.
The arrest resulted from troopers responding to 52 Mockingbird Drive for a warrant check and a subsequent search warrant.
Byers was transported to State Police Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake.
Troopers also arrested Anatoly J. Impagliazzo, 31, of Wakefield, at the same location on charges of possession of a schedule I to V controlled substance and a Fourth Division District Court bench warrant for hold without bail/failure to appear for pretrial conference on an original charge of receiving stolen goods originating from the South Kingstown Police Department.
Impagliazzo was transported to State Police Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake pending a morning arraignment.
Sydney K. Stedman, 30, of Wakefield, was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule I to V controlled substance and four Washington County Superior Court bench warrants for violation of probation on original charges of first-degree robbery, domestic violence simple assault, domestic violence criminal mischief and possession of a schedule I controlled substance, all originating from the South Kingstown Police Department.
Stedman was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute Women’s Intake, where she was held as a bail violator.
