NEW CASTLE, PA — A 39-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on a felony drug charge.
Michael Church, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by the New Castle Police Department at 208 N Jefferson St.
Church was wanted on a warrant issued Feb. 9 by Magistrate Melissa A. Amodie.
He is charged with possession with intent to deliver, an unclassified felony.
Church was arraigned Tuesday before Magistrate Amodie.
He is being held by the New Castle Police Department.
