FAIR HAVEN, VT — A Shelburne man was arrested on a DUI charge after a traffic stop Friday evening.
James D. Broscius, 43, of Shelburne, was stopped by Fair Haven Police at 7 p.m. Feb. 28 on Route 4A after an officer observed him operating a vehicle without inspection.
Prior to the stop, police had received a complaint that Broscius nearly struck a vehicle in the Shaw’s parking lot.
During the traffic stop, the officer detected signs that Broscius was under the influence of alcohol.
