RUTLAND, VT — A 61-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on a retail theft charge.
Robert Trombley, of Rutland, was arrested and cited to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division.
Police said Trombley was seen on video in January stealing merchandise from Gilmore Home Center in Castleton.
Ptl. Avery Schneider made the arrest.
