WESTFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating after a window was intentionally broken at a local hardware store.
Troopers were notified at approximately 7:15 a.m. Thursday of a broken front door window at Hometown Hardware on Vermont Route 100.
A trooper responded to the scene and determined evidence suggested the window was purposely broken.
Police said it does not appear entry was made inside the store or that anything was taken.
