BANGOR, PA — A man was arrested after allegedly threatening occupants of a vehicle and damaging their car in a police station parking lot Thursday evening.
Robert Burrier, 38, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody at approximately 5:49 p.m. at 30 N. 1st St.
Officers observed two vehicles pull into the station parking lot and saw a male exit one of the vehicles while waving his arms in the air.
Officers proceeded outside and observed Burrier standing outside the driver’s door of the other vehicle yelling at the driver and smacking the window.
Police said Burrier struck the rear view mirror, causing it to break, and grabbed a rain guard on the door, which he ripped off the car.
Through investigation, officers learned that Burrier had threatened the victims in the other vehicle.
Burrier was charged with one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, one count of criminal mischief-damage property and one count of harassment.
