CAMPTON, NH — A Plymouth man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly sending unwanted lewd messages and images through social media.

Frederick Wigley, 47, of Plymouth, was arrested Feb. 23, 2026, by the Campton Police Department on five class B felony charges of indecent exposure and two charges of misdemeanor harassment.

The arrest was the result of an investigation that began when a Campton resident reported receiving unwanted lewd messages and images through social media.

The indecent exposure charges allege that after having been previously convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness, Wigley transmitted images of himself exposing his genitals when the recipient did not consent to receipt of the images.

The harassment charges allege that Wigley made repeated communications in offensively coarse language with the purpose to annoy or alarm another.

The harassment charges are class A misdemeanors, and each is punishable by up to 12 months at the Grafton County House of Corrections and fines up to $2,000.

Additional charges are possible as the investigation remains ongoing.

The Campton Police were assisted by the Plymouth Police Department in the arrest.
