WAYNESBORO, PA — A man has been charged with simple assault following a fight that occurred last month.
Christopher A. Brittle, 31, of Waynesboro, faces one count of simple assault.
The incident occurred on Dec. 18 at 3:07 p.m. on S. Church Street.
Brittle was arrested on Jan. 16, 2026.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
