PEEKSKILL, NY — A man faces felony drug charges following a narcotics investigation that resulted in the execution of a search warrant Tuesday.
The Peekskill Police Department Detective Division, with assistance from the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit, executed a court-authorized search warrant at 696 Highland Avenue at approximately 4:17 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2026.
Jason T. Bogan was found to be in possession of a large quantity of cocaine, according to police.
Bogan was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies, and one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
He was held pending arraignment in Peekskill City Court on Feb. 25, 2026.
