DELANCO TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 24-year-old man was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 21, 2026.
Officers conducted the stop in the area of Burlington Avenue and Franklin Street at 11:11 p.m.
The man was charged with failure to surrender a controlled dangerous substance to a law enforcement official, possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine, possession of penetrating bullets, possession of cocaine, purchase of firearm parts to manufacture untraceable firearms, unlawful possession of a handgun and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
The suspect was transported to the Burlington County Jail.
He was then turned over to the Department of Homeland Security.
